Our PAS 24 Steel Doors are designed for exceptional performance and longevity. Each 44mm thick door leaf is made from 1.2mm galvanised steel sheets, mechanically interlocked and internally bonded to eliminate delamination and ensure long-term stability.
An integrated astragal adds extra protection against prying or tampering, while the high-tensile 1.5mm Rustec steel frame incorporates the Adjust-2-Fit side expander system, allowing up to 12mm expansion for a perfect site fit. With this advanced construction, your door remains strong, secure, and precise — even in heavy-use environments.
For enhanced protection, models can also be upgraded to fire-rated versions up to E120, fully compliant with UKCA and CE standards, offering 120 minutes of certified fire resistance.
